Newest MadWolf Client- Elizabeth Dole Foundation The following text was captured from an email from Neil sent to his staff. Good afternoon team, As we have discussed in recent weeks, we have decided to bring on a managed service provider for IT. In short, this is like having an outsourced CTO - a resource who will manage (among other things) all of the licensing of software, security updates, procurement and management of hardware, network support, backups and archive maintenance, security setup and monitoring, help desk, etc. etc. etc... They are also a strategic partner as we think about our IT needs as the organization grows and evolves. After vetting a couple of different options (thanks to Shaina, Brandon, and Pavel for being a part of that process), we have signed on MadWolf Technologies. In the long term (once they are set up and managing our systems), it is our hope and expectation that your interactions with them will be minimal and non-invasive. In the first few weeks and months, there will be moments that need your attention - with more details to come on that. In the meantime, they will need to remote into everyone's machine at some point in the next week or two to get a sense of how things are set up and what might need their attention in the short term. I have copied MadWolf's CEO Doug Wolfire on this note to introduce him, and so that his team can start reaching out to everyone. Someone from MadWolf will also join the Friday brown bag this week for further introduction and to answer any initial questions you all may have. Thanks, everyone - more to come as we build this relationship.
