RingCentral for Office 365 with Microsoft Teams:
- Set RingCentral as the default for all communications (calls, SMS messages, meetings.)
- Easily initiate calls out of Microsoft Teams using RingCentral from within a chat on desktop or web or via the Chrome extension.
- Make and receive calls, send and receive business SMS, and post meeting details directly from Microsoft Teams from the web interface.
BOT:
Simply @ mention the RingCentral bot in a Teams conversation to bring up a host of functions including:
- @RingCentral Call - Posts RingCentral Conference call dial-in and access code. Users have the ability to click to join the call from the conversation and access global dial-in numbers if needed.
- @RingCentral Meet - Posts RingCentral meeting ID and dial-in number. Users have the ability to click to join the meeting from the conversation and access global dial-in numbers if needed.
- @RingCentral Help - Brings back the RingCentral Bot menu and lists bot commands.
- @RingCentral Logout - Successfully logs a user out of their RingCentral account.
